The Art and Science of Compassion
Compassion formally arrived in my life during the government shutdown of 2018.
I’m a certified Yoga Instructor. Since 2006, I have journeyed into the world of yoga (certified 2019, and practiced with inspiring individuals.
Ironically, we are not alone on the path of self-reflection. Nor can we always give up our personal power for others to decide what's best. Throughout 8 weeks together we will dive into the science and art of compassion. We will practice each week to fit the journey's progression in terms of time and content. As a participant, you will share as much or as little as you like during open periods of discussion, with the intent that voicing self-reflection be beneficial for you and others.
We can learn a lot together.
